The house is located in a quiet, leafy street at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to Tallowood Estate. There is a walking/bike track across the road with an easy walk to a playground, tennis/basketball courts, soccer field etc. Free off street parking available.
Five minutes drive/30 minutes walk to Mullum town, 7 mins drive to the Farmers Markets at the showground, 15 minutes to Brunswick Heads and 25 minutes to Byron Bay.
Electricity, water and Wifi internet are included in the price. Four weeks bond required (negotiable for the right people.) Will consider two people for an extra $50 per week. Pets considered, but please note that the yard is not fully fenced.
